When will the Directory and Journal be sent?
The 2008 Journal and Membership Directory are scheduled for mailing in late Fall 2008.
Do I have to be a member to attend the conference?
NO...Member and Non-Member pricing is now offered. Member pricing will be based on your Membership status at the time of the conference. Membership
What is the conference hotel this year?
The headquarters hotel is the Hyatt Regency Phoenix. Other hotels are the Wyndham Phoenix, Holiday Inn Express and the SpringHill Suites for Students only. Hotel and travel information

I need to cancel my Conference Registration, can I get a refund?
Cancellation date and policy to be posted with Registration information.
My kids have to accompany me; how much does it cost for children?
Grades K-8 are $5 with a paid attendee; Grades 9-12 are $15 with a paid attendee.
Where can I find the programming for this year's conference?
The Conference Programming Schedule is posted mid-Fall, once details have been confirmed. Updates are posted on a regular basis. Conference Program

How do I go about getting a booth at this year's conference?
The Exhibitor Information and Space Request packets were mailed mid November and are posted on the website. 2009 Exhibitor Information
I will be an Exhibitor representative. Do I need to be a Member? Do I register ONLINE?
New in 2009, Standard Membership will be included in the booth or table fee for Exhibitor Representatives. Do not register Online.
I lost something at the conference. Do you know who I might check with to see if itís been found?
Check onsite with the NCECA Registration Counter. Lost and Found articles will be sent back to the NCECA home office after the Conference and a list will be posted on the website. Contact You must have Javascript enabled to view email addresses.
When does my membership expire?
NCECA Memberships will now be on an "Anniversary" basis, valid for one year from the activation date.
Is the price to attend the conference higher this year?
No, NCECA now offers Member and Non-Member registration fees. In 2008 Membership was separated from the Conference fee.
My company has a membership. Do I get the member cost to attend the conference?
Each conference attendee must have an individual Student, Standard, or Premium membership in order to be eligible for the member fee.
