Accommodations
Reserve your sleeping room at the conference hotel
NCECA conference attendees receive discounted hotel rates because we guarantee a large number of room nights to accommodate everyone. When you cancel at the last minute and the room cannot be re-booked, NCECA must pay for the unused rooms. Also, reserving large blocks of rooms only to cancel at the last minute creates the double problem of costing your association money and preventing your fellow members from obtaining rooms in the conference hotel.
