3RD WORLD CERAMIC BIENNALE 2005, KOREA (CEBIKO)

The World Ceramic Exposition Foundation (WOCEF) will hold The 3rd
World Ceramic Biennale 2005 Korea (CEBIKO) under the theme “Ceramics:
The Vehicle for Culture” from April 23 to July 19, 2005. It
will be held at the Icheon World Ceramic Center in Icheon, Korea
with additional ceramics festivals in the towns of Gwangju and Yeoju,
Korea.
This year’s theme recognizes the significant impact each culture
has on ceramics. Increased access to artists’ work on an international
level provides new opportunities, insight and inspiration. These
unique influences will be examined to discover where artists find
their ideas and how trends develop and transform from one culture
to another.
