The University of Indianapolis hosted the NCECA 2004 Regional Student Juried Exhibition February 23 – March 20, 2004.  Jurors for the 2004 RSJE are Josh De Weese, Resident Director, Archie Bray Foundation and Cary Esser, Professor of Art, Kansas City Art Institute.

All students in the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania who working toward degrees were eligible to enter two works. The prospectus was mailed to colleges and universities in this region.
