VIDEO SCREENING ROOM

Individuals or organizations are invited to present their new videos during the Pittsburgh, 2008 NCECA conference on Thursday, March 20 and Friday, March 21.  Eligible videos include any made or produced within the last five years featuring ceramic art or artists as a primary subject. Videos should be of professional quality and in a DVD format.  An NCECA volunteer will be on hand to assist you and operate the DVD player, which will be projected on to a large screen.  No other format can be accommodated.  DVD’s must be picked up by the end of the day on the assigned date of viewing at 5:00 p.m.  Unclaimed DVD’s will become the property of NCECA.

To be listed in the program guide, requests to participate in this venue must be received no later than Wednesday, January 9, 2008 with the title, length, producer and a two-sentence description of the video.  Later submissions may be accepted on a space available basis, but after January 9 we will be unable to list them in the program guide*. 

The Programs Director should receive all DVD’s no less than two weeks prior to the conference.
