Graduate Students and International signup and scheduling of presentations will take place Wednesday, March 14, 1:00-5:00 P.M., Riverside Lobby in the Kentucky International Convention Center. Time slots will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. The Graduate Students and International Image Forums are scheduled on Thursday and Friday, March 15-16, 10:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. The Graduate Students Image Forum will take place in Rooms 101/104 and the International Image Forum will take place in Rooms 105/108. The K-12 Image Forum is scheduled Friday, March 16, 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. in Rooms 102/103. All Image Forums are located in the Kentucky International Convention Center.

The Image Forums Presentation Rooms will be equipped with one 35mm projector, one screen, one computer, and one digital projector.   Volunteers will be on hand to assist you.   If you plan to do a digital presentation, it should either be on a CD or DVD.   Save your presentation as both a PowerPoint Presentation and a PowerPoint Show on the same device.   If you prefer, you may bring your personal laptop with your PowerPoint or iPhoto presentation loaded and ready for viewing.   Please remember to have your laptop battery ready, bring your power cord, and projector adaptor if you are bringing a Mac.   If you have any questions regarding PowerPoint, contact NCECA Audio Visual Technicians, Ken McCollum at 740-826-8102, or Chris Stanley at 432-296-0834.   You can access PowerPoint at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX010857971033.aspx .   NCECA is not responsible for poor quality images.    It is important that you view your presentation through a projector on a projection screen to see how the images appear.   If your presentation is by slide format use paper or plastic mounts to prevent jams (glass and thick mounts do not work well in the standard Kodak Projectors).   Forum participants will have access to a Presenters' Prep Room in Room 113, Wednesday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m .   You are encouraged to bring your own pre-loaded tray to save time.
